Can I use Design Space Without Cricut Access?

The short answer is YES! In Design Space, you would still get access to 15+ fonts, 1000+ images & 250 ready-to-make projects for free. You can purchase fonts or images you want to use from elsewhere & then upload them or you can purchase images & fonts from cricut.com. Fonts, images & projects that are marked with a green “a” (you can see them below after the “Celebrate Mom” section). & are available either free through a Cricut Access plan or you can pay a one-time fee for it without Cricut Access. There is content that is only available through Cricut Access.

How Many Subscription Plans are there?

There are three (3) plans available; Standard, Yearly, & Premium.

Standard – it’s $9.99/mo. & it auto-renews every month unless you cancel; you can do that anytime. You would have unlimited use of the images & fonts I mentioned earlier. You would get a 10% discount off licensed images. Also included, there would be a 10% discount off all Cricut.com purchases made through Cricut.com (including machines – up to a $50 savings per item)! Now, they have added a new benefit giving us a $10 coupon for cricut.com every three (3) months & this includes free shipping!

Yearly – it’s $95.88 for the year but you pay it up front. This calculates to being $7.99/mo. That saves you $2 a month! You get all the same benefits & discounts as I mentioned above.

Premium – it’s $119.88 a year which calculates to $9.99/mo, but you pay it by the year. The benefits & discounts are the same as above, except you get a 20% discount off all Cricut.com purchases (including machines & up to a 100% savings per item). You also get free shipping when you purchase $50 or more (before taxes).

Is Cricut Access worth it?

Well, let me tell you what I do. I’ve had Cricut Access from the beginning & I think it’s well worth every penny! That’s just my opinion though & no one is paying me to say this! I used to do the monthly plan, but I’ve recently switched to the yearly plan because it saves you almost $25. I don’t like spending that much money at one time for the year, but I’d rather save some money. I do use my Cricut & the Cricut Access benefits almost everyday so I know I’m getting my moneys worth. If you don’t use your Cricut like I do, then maybe it’s not worth it to you. If you’re still not sure, I would suggest using Design Space without Cricut Access for 30 days. Then do the 30 free trial of Cricut Access and see if you think it’s worth it to you or not.

I sure hope this has helped you decide if you want a Cricut Access plan! I certainly think it’s worth it if you use your Cricut all the time! If you decide you want to sign up, click here!
