Heavenly Strawberry Whip Dessert

A beautiful looking dish that doesn’t disappoint! It tastes as good as the picture.

Ingredients you’ll need

Here is what you’ll need:

1 box Angel Food Cake mix

8 oz. Cream cheese – softened

1/3 cup Powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 tsp. Lemon juice

2-16 oz. Cool Whip – 2 standard size or 1 large size

16 oz. Fresh Strawberries

You can add blueberries if you want a patriotic look.

Step 1: Bake Angel Food cake mix as directed on box.

Step 2: Once completely cool cut into cube sized pieces. (Or you can just tear pieces apart.)

Step 3: Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, & 1 of the 8 oz. Cool Whip.

Step 4: Chop strawberries into bite sized pieces.

Step 5: Add into bowl in layers: Angel Food cake pieces, cream cheese mixture, remaining Cool Whip, & then strawberries. Chill & serve.

Can you believe just how easy that was? It’s best to chill for at least a couple hours. Note: This big bowl was gone in 2 days!
